For securing the bikes i have a ccr sport bed buddy installed against the front wall of the bed and six bullring retractable stake pocket anchors.
I have an open trailer that i can use for brutal things like gravel mulch dirt or anything really messy.
I opted to put the toyota bed mat on top it s easy to remove.
